Best training advice: Table training is the only training

Arm wrestlers that inspire you: There are a lot of them, but my favourite is definitely John Brzenk and all of the armwrestlers who lose every match but still keep coming back.

What changes would you like to see in this sport?

Definitely Olympics and would like if teams can go overseas with sponsors. Would also like to see our Pro side in South Africa grow like WWF overseas.

Miscellaneous: You will have to speak to me to find out.

Arm Wars - January 2010

For the first time two South African armwrestlers has been invited to Arm Wars.

Terence Opperman will be taking on the infamous Michael Todd in a Supermatch, best out of 6.

South Africa stands behind Terence and cannot wait to see the action when these two strong men take each other on the table to see who is the ultimate armwrestler.

Terence has been training hard for this match and has everything in place, including his arms, to take Michael on.

May the Best Man win - and may that man be Terence Opperman!
