What changes would you like to see in this sport?
Definitely Olympics and would like if teams can go overseas with sponsors. Would also like to see our Pro side in South Africa grow like WWF overseas.

Zloty
I am sorry I haven’t had time to put up the training videos but I am in the process of making them, I am training for the zloty challenge and my time is limited, and can't wait for it to come now. I have never trained so hard for a competition as this one . . . ever. I know the best in world is there, Mr Brzenk is also in my class (u/95kg) . But I just want to pull there and do my best, and say I have pulled against Mr Brzenk. Please feel free if you have any advice or comment.

Terence, your positive attitude is half the battle won. Remember you blasted some of the best at the World Championships and may just surprise yourself at Zloty. You have the power in your hand control and you just need to keep focusing on increasing your strength in that area. South Africa is behind you and cannot wait to see how you do.
ReplyDeleteYou are opening the doors for South African Armwrestlers internationally. You have grown alot in this sport and have become, as far as i am concerned, a Ledgend in SA Armwrestling! We are proud of you!
